About DC Laboratory
DC LABX is the trading name of DC Laboratory. We supply laboratory and wellness materials to customers worldwide.
Most of this industry is sold on adjectives. Purity figures nobody can trace, certificates nobody can produce, and photographs of laboratories that belong to somebody else. We have built this store the other way round: everything the site asserts about a product is something we hold a record for, and where we hold no record, the page stays quiet.
How that works in practice
Every product carries a compliance status that governs what the storefront may do with it. Only products cleared for online sale can show a price or reach checkout, and that decision is enforced when the order is created, not merely reflected in the page. Products still under review remain visible and open to enquiry, because hiding the catalogue would tell you less, not more.
Stock is tracked by batch, with manufacturing and expiry dates recorded against each one. Orders are filled from the earliest-expiring batch first. Expired, quarantined, suspended and recalled batches are removed from the sellable pool automatically. The batch numbers in your shipment are printed on your packaging and can be checked against our records at any time, by anyone, without an account.
Payments by bank transfer are confirmed by a member of our finance team against the receiving account. Nothing a browser reports back to us — a redirect, a callback, a screenshot, an uploaded receipt — moves an order to paid on its own.
What we will not do
- Publish dosage, reconstitution, administration or cycling guidance
- Claim a product treats, prevents or cures anything
- Describe a product as tested, certified or pharmaceutical grade without the document to show for it
- Present a registration or approval we do not hold
- Write our own reviews, or publish any review that is not tied to a confirmed purchase
Some of what we carry is supplied as raw material for laboratory and manufacturing use and is not intended for human or veterinary use. Where that is the case, the product page says so, and it is the buyer's responsibility to hold whatever licence or authorisation their jurisdiction requires.
